Adam & Eve's Garments:-
The number of verses that show important inconsistencies and contradictions in the Quran runs in the hundreds; one can show as examples only a few of the most blatant:
7: 22 So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree their shame became manifest to them and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"
7: 27 O ye children of Adam! let not Satan seduce you in the same manner as he got your parents out of the garden stripping them of their raiment to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where ye cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith.
*** This is a remarkable verse since it totally contradicts 7:22.
In the earlier verse, Adam and Eve were naked and had to sew a garment of leaves to cover their 'shame'. Now, in 7:27, we are told by the angel Gabriel that they were actually clothed but it was Satan who disrobed them and exposed their 'shame'. In the space of five verses, the Quran, yet again, contradicts itself ***
20: 121 In the result they both ate of the tree and so their nakedness appeared to them: they began to sew together for their covering leaves from the Garden: thus did Adam disobey His Lord and allow himself to be seduced
*** It is intellectually inconceivable to believe, that the angel of Allah, if Allah is the God of Israel and of Jesus, could have recited such blatant lies and contradictions ***
